An absolutely gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! This beautiful piece is crafted in platinum and features a trio of gemstones set within the flat face of the ring. A striking Cushion Cut sapphire rests at the center, weighing approximately 0.40ctw and exhibiting a gorgeous vibrant blue hue. Two old Mine Cut diamonds frame the sapphire on either side, together weighing 1.20ctw, and displaying I-J range color and VS2-SI1 range clarity. The smoothly polished platinum setting and vibrant stones look fantastic paired together, giving the design a sleek, modern look which merges seamlessly into modern-day fashion. Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.25, however, it could easily be re-sized if desired. The centerpiece measures approximately 1/4" at its widest point. The band measures 2.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. The sapphire and diamonds are intact and securely set.
